Manoj Srivastava brings a professional profile that is genuinely rare in Indian consulting: 44 years of hands-on technical leadership combined with postgraduate qualifications in Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, and Rural Development. As Chief Engineer at Anglo-Eastern Ship Management, consistently ranked among the world's leading ship management companies, from 1980 to 2024, Manoj held full technical responsibility for shipboard engineering systems, with a consistent focus on energy efficiency, environmental pollution control, and the training of engineering crew in safety and environmental best practice. That grounding in energy performance and environmental discipline directly informs the consulting practice he leads today.
Through EPEX Technologies and Consulting Pvt Ltd, Manoj now makes this depth of experience available across five focus areas: energy audits and building/industry codes, renewable energy (solar EPC and battery storage), environmental auditing and ESG/carbon advisory, marine decarbonization, and safety, waste and sustainability training, all delivered with the same rigour and technical authority that defined his career at sea.

Providing specialist consulting across energy audits for buildings and industry, ECSBC-ENS code compliance and Master Trainer programs, renewable energy (solar EPC and battery storage), environmental audits and EMS implementation, ESG and GHG calculation and verification, GHG inventory audits, environmental impact assessment, DOE-aligned carbon credit verification and trading advisory, marine decarbonization and green shipping, and training in marine operations, industrial safety, fire prevention, waste management, and Mission LiFE sustainability practices.
Full technical responsibility for shipboard engineering systems across a global fleet, with emphasis on energy efficiency and fuel management, environmental pollution control in line with MARPOL and ISO 14001 principles, and the development and delivery of onboard training programs in safety and environmental practice for engineering crew. This experience now directly informs EPEX's energy, environmental, and marine training services.
